Payment methods

• go to the site www.sberbank.ru and click on the button "Сбербанк Онлайн"
• log in
• on the page that opens, enter "ЦКАД" in the search bar "Поиск"
• follow the link "Автодор-Платные Дороги"
• select the link "Оплата задолженности по ЦКАД и М-12"
• enter the Vehicle country of registration and plate number
• select a debit card
• confirm the payment

• log in to the app
• select the site section "Платежи" (Payments)
• on the page that opens, enter "ЦКАД" in the search bar "Название или ИНН" (Name or INN)
• follow the link "Автодор-Платные Дороги"
• enter the Vehicle country of registration and the plate number
• select a debit card
• confirm the payment

• on the Home page of the app, click the button and switch to English
• click the button "Fare payment for the Central Ring Road and M-12"
• enter the Vehicle plate number, mobile phone number and email address
• click the "Check Debt" button
• follow the system notifications

Navigate between the terminal screens using the "ДАЛЕЕ" (NEXT) button

• go to the "Платные дороги" (Toll roads) section on the main screen
• select the "Автодор" item
• click on the " ЦКАД оплатить задолженность" (CCAD to pay the debt) button
• select the Vehicle country of registration
• enter the vehicle license plate number
• enter the transaction number (if necessary)

the amount of debt will be displayed on the screen.

For payment:

• enter your phone number
• enter the e-mail address to receive the fiscal receipt
• confirm the correctness of the entered data
• confirm the payment method by clicking on the "ОПЛАТА НАЛИЧНЫМИ" (CASH PAYMENT) button
• enter your phone number
• make the payment

1. Check Debt
   • Enter *390*2# and press the Call button
   • Enter the International vehicle registration code (for example, RUS) and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Enter the vehicle license plate number format and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Confirm the Vehicle License Plate number:
     1 - if correct,
     2 - if you need to change, confirm with the "Send" button
   • The amount owed and the offer to choose a payment method will be displayed on the screen:
     1. Л/с телефона (Personal cell phone account)
     2. Банковская карта (Bank card)
2. Payment from a personal cell phone account (5% commission)
   • Select the payment method: 1 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Confirm the command: 1 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Enter your e-mail and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Continue: 1 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • short message (SMS) with a confirmation code will be sent to your phone number
   • Confirm the payment with the received code in the reply SMS. The funds will be transferred from the mobile account and credited to the repayment account for License Plate number within 5 minutes.
3. Payment from a bank card account (3.9% Commission)
   • Select the payment method: 2 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Confirm the command: 1 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Enter the e-mail and confirm with the "Send" button
   • Continue: 1 and confirm with the "Send" button
   • A link for payment by bank card will be sent to your phone number
   • Follow the link, enter your card details and click Pay

   Note:
   when re-checking and paying the debt on the Vehicle License Plate, it is not required to enter it and e-mail. They are entered once and remembered by the system. For subsequent operations, they just need to be selected by the corresponding number in the menu.
